  9. How do I purchase Turbo Your PC?
    After you install Turbo Your PC on your computer you will be greeted by our desktop application. Any of the ‘repair issues’ or ‘register now’ buttons on the application will link you to a web page with a summary of the scan results. If you choose to repair the issues found, you will be taken to our order form.
  10. How do I get my license key?
    After you have purchased the Turbo Your PC software (Question 9) you will be emailed your licence key as well as it being displayed on the thank you page. Please remember to check your spam and junk folders as it may have been redirected by your spam filter.
  11. I have purchased the software but have not received my license key.
    After purchasing Turbo Your PC a confirmation email is immediately sent to your email address containing your licence key. If you cannot find the confirmation email, please check any junk mail or spam mail folders in your email program in case the message was caught by spam or junk filters. If you still cannot find it please contact support@TurboYourPC.com.

    After you have completed the registration process (Question.9) please select the activate tab on your Turbo Your PC desktop application and enter your details into the boxes provided, then click ‘activate now’.
  15. How do I contact support?
    You can contact support at any time by emailing support@TurboYourPC.com. For customers who have chosen to upgrade to the advanced user pack, the contact information for priority support will have been emailed to you. The ‘get help’ page on the desktop application may help you find the answer you need.
  16. I can’t repair my PC errors.
    If you haven’t already purchased a license key, you will need to do so following Question 9, after you have activated your software you will be able to instantly repair your PC. If you have activated your software and you still can’t repair your errors, please contact: support@TurboYourPC.com.
